OPINION

{¶ 1} This matter is before the court on a pro se appeal filed by appellant, Lonny Bristow, following the judgment entered by the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas denying appellant's post-sentence motion to withdraw his guilty plea. As the relative prison terms for the convictions which are at the foundation of this appeal have expired, we hold all issues appellant raises are moot and the appeal is therefore dismissed.
