The appellant filed its petition in this cause in the Circuit Court of St. Louis, Missouri, for a judicial review of the findings, decision and awards made by the respondent Industrial Commission of Missouri in favor of the 190 individual respondents herein (sometimes referred to as the “claimants”), on their respective claims for unemployment compensation benefits.
