— This proceeding is before
the court upon the petition of the County Board of School Directors of Somerset County for the merger of the School District of Lower Turkeyfoot Township with the School District of Confluence Borough, under the provisions of the Act of May 18, 1911, P. L. 309, as amended by the Act of May 13,1937, P. L. 605.
