This matter comes before the Court on plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary injunction enjoining interference with contractual relations and was heard on the return day of an order requiring the defendant Scientific Games Development Corporation (hereinafter “Scientific Games”), to show cause why such relief should not be granted. A temporary restraining order was entered against the defendant.
