On the 9th day of October, 1852, John Shepard, who is the common source of title to the premises in question, being- about to marry Frances hi. Parmalee, conveyed said premises to Thomas hlcFarhn, “ upon the trust,” nevertheless, “ and to and for the uses, interests and purposes hereinafter limited, described and declared.
