Referee. This is an action for the settlement of the accounts of the surviving substituted trustees under the will of Henry Cary, deceased, from April 30,1907, the date as to which their accounts were stated and settled by the decree in a former action, down to the present time.

No question is made as to the administration of the estate, or as to the accuracy of the figures presented by the plaintiffs. Certain defendants have, however, filed exceptions directed to the distribution of the funds received by the trustees. These exceptions present only questions of law as to the…
