I. INTRODUCTION
Defendant Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company (“Reliance”) seeks dismissal of Plaintiff Cheryl Stacy’s Complaint for failure to exhaust her administrative remedies, as required by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”). (Doc. # 5).
