Defendant appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations, Juvenile Branch, and raises two assignments of error, as follows:

“ 1. The judgment is contrary to law.
“2. The judgment is against the manifest weight of the evidence.”
