STATEMENT OF THE CASE AND FINDINGS OF FACT

Hirsch-Franklin Enterprises, Inc. (Debt- or), filed a petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on January 26, 1982. On January 29, 1982, Debtor’s case was converted to Chapter 11, and this Court confirmed Debtor’s plan of reorganization on July 26, 1983.
