{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Paul Brown, appeals from a Mahoning County Common *732 Pleas Court judgment overruling his motion to dismiss the indictment against him on murder and weapons charges.

{¶ 2} The facts are taken from appellant's previous appeal.
