MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

LUNGSTRUM, District Judge.

In this action, plaintiff Bijan Daneshvar claims that defendant Graphic Technology, Inc. failed to promote him on the basis of his race and national origin and terminated his employment in retaliation for engaging in protected activity, all in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended by the Civil Rights Act of 1991, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and the Kansas Act Against Discrimination (KAAD), K.S.A. § 44-1001 et seq. 1 Plaintiff also claims that defendant violated the notification provisions of the…
