Facts of Case

The defendant, Michael Ray Hightower III, appeals the judgment and sentence entered following a jury verdict finding him guilty of first degree assault while armed with a firearm and deadly weapon. RCW 9A.36.010(l)(a); RCW 9.95.040; RCW 9.41.025.
