Robert Bebb appeals a Court of Appeals decision upholding his conviction for first degree felony murder. Bebb argues the trial court's pretrial rulings infringed upon his constitutional right to proceed pro se. He also challenges the trial court's authority to order a second round of pretrial psychiatric examinations to deter mine his competence, and raises issues concerning the discovery of exculpatory evidence.
