The paramount question in this case is whether the appellants, after being duly notified of the determination to drill the Allen Well No. 6 and the Allen Well No. 7, complied with the terms of the operating agreement dated October 11,1954, by advancing’ or legally tendering their share of the estimated cost of the drilling operations. The determination of this question is in our opinion decisive of this appeal.
