Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (D’Amaro, J.), rendered September 8, 1986, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

We find that the defendant’s request for a hearing to determine whether his arrest was supported by probable cause was properly denied since his supporting papers were conclusory and failed to state sufficient facts to warrant such a hearing (see, People v Gomez, 67 NY2d 843; People v Allweiss, 48 NY2d 40; People v Stevens, 129 AD2d 749; People v…
