THIS CAUSE comes before the court on the State of Alaska’s motion for a preliminary injunction enjoining the defendants from closing the comment period on a draft environmental supplement issued October 25,1978, by the Department of the Interior. The draft supplement considers several alternative administrative actions proposed for classification of Alaska’s “National Interest Lands”.
