OPINION
McHUGH, Associate Presiding Judge:
1 1 McNeil Engineering and Land Surveying, LLC (ME & LS) appeals the trial court's judgment in favor of Dale K. Bennett. We reverse and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
BACKGROUND
T 2 Seott F. McNeil founded MeNeil Engineering, Inc. (MET) in 1983, and he continues to be its sole owner. MEI hired Bennett in 1983.
