NEUMANN, Justice.

[¶ 1] Joseph Kelly appealed from the trial court’s judgment of conviction entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of assault. We affirm.

[¶ 2] Joseph Kelly, an inmate at the James River Correctional Center, was involved in an altercation with a fellow inmate. He was removed from the general inmate population, and a disciplinary proceeding was conducted four days later.
