Plaintiffs-appellants Dean and Linda Harman d/b/a Lowery Sewing Center (the Harmans) appeal from an adverse summary judgment order in favor of defendant appellee C.E. & M., Inc. 1

The basic facts relevant to the appeal were stipulated to by the parties and disclose that the Harmans contracted with Hoosier Construction Company, Inc., in April 1979, for construction of a building which would utilize a floating slab floor as opposed to a structural slab.
