This is a workmen’s compensation case in which the employer, Goldblatt Bros., Inc. (Goldblatt), appeals the judgment of the circuit court of Cook County confirming an award by the Industrial Commission to Leo Wilcoski of 306 weeks temporary total disability and thereafter a pension for life based on a finding of permanent total disability.
