MEMORANDUM OPINION
WILLIAM T. BODOH, Bankruptcy Judge.
This is an action seeking the Court’s determination that an obligation of Debtor is not dischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Sec. 523(a)(2)(B). This is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Sec. 157(b)(2)(I).
On June 6, 1985, the Debtor applied for a Four Thousand & 00/100-rDollar ($4,000.00) loan with CREDITHRIFT OF AMERICA (“CTA”) in order to consolidate payments on a number of credit or charge accounts on which she was obligated.
