The matter under consideration in this Chapter 7 case is an adversary proceeding seeking a determination of the discharge-ability of a debt pursuant to § 523(a)(2)(A) of the Bankruptcy Code. Based upon the evidence adduced at the trial held on May 18, 1987, this court concludes that the plaintiff has failed to allege facts and produce evidence sufficient to render a reasonable conclusion in favor of the allegations contained in the complaint.
