Plaintiff in error brought suit against defendant in error to recover for injuries sustained, as it was alleged, through the negligence of defendant in error, and recovered judgment for $20,000 and costs. The Appellate Court reversed that judgment as a result of finding the facts concerning the matter in controversy different from the findings of the circuit court from which the cause was brought.
