Trespass on the Case for negligence. Heard on motion of plaintiff to vacate order directing the case to be remanded to the Common Pleas Division with direction to enter judgment for defendant. Motion denied.

After the filing of the opinion in this case, directing the cause to be remanded to the Common Pleas Division with direction to enter judgment for the defendant (26 R. I. 112), the plaintiff has filed a motion of which the following is a literal transcript:
