ORDER AND JUDGMENT *. SCOTT M. MATHESON, JR., Circuit Judge.

Milton Enrique Sanabria-Bolanos pled guilty to illegal reentry in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326. The district court sentenced him to 41 months in prison. On appeal, Mr. Sanabria-Bolanos challenges his sentence because the district court did not confirm he had reviewed the Presen-tence Report as required under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 32(i)(l)(A).
