ROBERT E. Quinn, Chief Judge:
The accused was convicted by general court-martial of larceny and wrongful sale of Government property in violation of Articles 121 and 108, 50 USC §§715 and 702, and was 'sentenced to dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement for eighteen months. The convening authority disapproved the finding on the larceny charge and specification, approving the remaining findings and the sentence. The board of review affirmed.
