This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries. On motion of defendants, judgment of involuntary nonsuit was entered at the close of plaintiff’s evidence.

The evidence, taken in the light most favorable to plaintiff, is summarized as follows: About 5:35 P.M. on 28 February 1964 individual defendant was operating and in control of a Ford truck, equipped as a “wrecker,” owned by corporate defendant.
