This writ of error brings up a judgment of the Supreme Court affirming a judgment of the Hudson Oyer convicting the plaintiffs in error of a statutory offence. The error assigned is the overruling by the trial court of a challenge to the array of petit jurors. The ground of this challenge was that the act of April 16th, 1906, under which the panel was drawn, was unconstitutional.
