This is ah appeal from the judgment of the district court for Douglas county denying the probate of the will of Vaclav J. Kubat, deceased, who'se will was contested *672by Charles H. Kubat and Mary Lenicek, son and daughter of the deceased, on the ground that the testator was, at the time of the making of the will, of unsound mind, and that the proposed will was obtained through undue influence.
