This is a will contest. An instrument, purporting to be-the last will and testament of Sanford C. Bowman, was offered for probate by Lena Bowman, his wife, and Carl L. *442Bowman, his brother. Clarence C. Bowman, a brother, filed objections to probate, hearing was had in the county court, and the will was not admitted to probate. Proponents appealed to the district court.
