On the trial of this case to a jury in the county court of Angelina county, the verdict was peremptorily instructed in ap-pellee’s favor against appellants for the sum of $607.40. By its pleading, appellee claimed damages to a shipment of cattle originating on the line of appellant Texas & Southeastern Railway Company and by it delivered to appellant Houston East & West Texas Railway Company, for transportation to Aguilares, Tex.
