(after stating the facts as above). It appears from the briefs filed by both parties to this appeal ■that in sustaining the demurrer to the information 'the trial court considered only two grounds, namely: That the alleged offense is barred by the statute of limitations of the state in force at the time; and (2) that more than one offense is improperly sought to be charged in the information.
