The petitioner-appellant, Betsy Wolf, mother of Frank Wolf, deceased, and one of two administratrices with the will annexed of the estate of the decedent, instituted this proceeding in Surrogate’s Court, New York County, for a decree instructing her as to the legal basis for computing the share of the decedent’s widow, Ethel Wolf, respondent herein and a *283coadministratrix with the will annexed, who elected to take her intestate share against the decedent’s will.
