Josephine del Drago died October 8, 1937, while a resident of New York State, leaving a last will and testament dated March 27, 1934, which was probated by the Surrogate of New York County, and Giovanni del Drago and Byron Clark, Jr., were appointed and thereupon qualified as executors of her estate.
