The allegations of the complaint may be summarized thus: Plaintiff Fulton owns 10 shares of the stock of Granite City Motor Company, a corporation created under the laws of this State for the purpose of buying and selling new and used automobiles. The corporation is now in process of voluntary liquidation. Defendant, his wife, and George C. Wright and wife were elected as directors of the corporation in 1950, at which time George C.
