In 1846, James K. Bogers, owner in fee, of tbe west-balf of tbe nortb-east quarter of section twenty, in township seven south, of range nineteen west, containing eighty acres of land, situated in Clark county, sold one acre of it, in tbe town of Arkadelphia, described by certain lines, to Kobert Montgomery, for one hundred and fifty dollars, who paid a part of tbe consideration money, took actual possession, and erected, at a cost of one hundred dollars, a dwelling bouse and blacksmith shop on tbe lot, and enclosed a…
