I. INTRODUCTION

Daniel Gordon, a chapter 7 debtor,1 appeals from a Judgment issued by Bankruptcy Judge Robert E. Gerber on January 15, 2015 sustaining the objection to discharge raised in an adversary proceeding by Angela G. Tese-Milner, Chapter 7 Trustee of the debtor’s estate. The Judgment was entered following a bench trial in which the Trustee sought to prove the elements of subparagraphs (2) and (4) of section 727(a).
