Appellant, James E. Leysath, seeks in this action to have the Court set aside, because of its claimed invalidity, a tax deed executed by the delinquent tax collector of Orangeburg County to respondent Helen C. Leysath (now Helen C. Wheeler) on April 11, 1935, and recorded on the same day, and to require respondents to account for the rents and profits from the lands therein conveyed.
