On February 8, 2012, 842 F.Supp.2d 232, 2012 WL 386471 (D.D.C.2012) this Court issued a Memorandum Opinion and Order denying two motions to permanently seal from public disclosure the Report to the Honorable Emmet G. Sullivan of Investigation Conducted Pursuant to the Court’s April 7, 2009 Order (“Mr. Schuelke’s Report” or “Report”).
