MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
LUNGSTRUM, District Judge.
Plaintiff Juanita Ryan was formerly the East Area Coordinator, Occupational and Physical Therapy Supervisor with the defendant Shawnee Mission U.S.D. 512. She asserts claims against the school district and her former supervisor, Diane Hansen, for retaliation and wrongful termination.
