This is an action of contract brought against an insurance company for accident indemnity for injuries sustained by the plaintiff while at work at his occupation. The defendant in March, 1929, issued to the plaintiff a policy in which the defendant agreed to pay to the plaintiff a weekly indemnity of $15 in case the plaintiff during the period of the policy suffered bodily injuries, caused solely and directly by accidental means, provided the conditions of the policy were complied with.
