The first paragraph of the complaint in this case is in the nature of a bill to review the proceedings, and judgment of the Warren Circuit Court, had and rendered in an action wherein the appellees, as executors of the last will and testament of Jacob Harman, deceased, recovered a judgment against the appellants for seven thousand dollars and upward.
