The complaint of the appellee alleges that she recovered a decree of divorce against Virgil P. Cavanaugh *381and judgment for $300 alimony, in the Bartholomew Circuit Court; that Cavanaugh afterwards fraudulently conveyed the land described in the complaint to Robert Brown, who reconveyed to the appellants. The complaint contains the necessary allegations to entitle the appellee to the relief sought, the overthrow of the alleged fraudulent conveyance, and no question is made upon it.
