Gateway Center Commercial Association, Inc. (the "Association") sued Homelife on Glynco, LLC and Homelife Companies, Inc. (collectively, "Homelife") for failure to pay assessments allegedly owed under a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. The parties filed cross motions for summary judgment, and the trial court granted the Association's motion for summary judgment in part, denied it in part, and denied Homelife's motion for summary judgment.
