(2d) 245, affirmed a judgment of the district court, in favor of respondent against petitioners, for damages in the sum of $3,550.00, after having declined to permit petitioners to file a supplemental transcript and statement of facts which showed the proceedings in the trial of a plea, of privilege filed by petitioners.
