The National Labor Relations Board petitions for enforcement of an order against Somerset Shoe Company dated May 17, 1939.1 49 Stat. 454 § 10(e), 29 U.S.C.A. § 160(e). Respondent is a Massachusetts corporation engaged in the manufacture and *684sale of women’s shoes, having a plant and head office at Auburn, Maine, and two plants at Skowhegan, Maine, where the alleged unfair labor practices occurred.
