This is an appeal from a judgment of the county court of Cook county sustaining one of the legal objections made upon the application of the city of Chicago for the confirmation of a special assessment for the construction of a sewer.

A number of years ago when the section of the city in which the proposed sewer district is located was much more sparsely settled than at the present time a sewer district was created, which was known as the Twenty-second street district.
