This is an appeal from a judgment of the county court of Cook county confirming a special assessment on the lands of appellants. The town of Cicero, a town incorporated under an act of the legislature, approved March 25, 1869, on June 29,1897, passed an ordinance for the construction of a brick sewer, to be known as the “Oak Park avenue outfall sewer,” in the town of Cicero, and establishing a sewerage and drainage district therefor.
