This case continues the litigation concerning Regional School District No. 7 which earlier was the subject of a decision of the Supreme Court of Errors in the case of Burns v. Seymour, 141 Conn. 401. That opinion, which was also in an action for a declaratory judgment, contains a recital of the events and circumstances surrounding the establishment of this regional school district, and it is unnecessary to restate them in this opinion.
