MOFFAT, Justice.

This is a petition seeking the reversal of a decision of the Industrial Commission of Utah in which Luisa Vecchio was denied compensation for the death of her son, Guy Vecchio.

The defendant Independent Coal & Coke Company is a self-insurer and the deceased, Guy Vecchio, was an employee of the company on October 19, 1931, and had been for some time previous. The alleged injury occurred on October 19, 1931. On October 20th, Dr. R. W. Robinson, the company physician, was called at which time deceased showed evidence of blood poisoning.
